nFusionPR owner, Jay Smith, is a PR 20/22 resident and has been buildingand managing residential and commercial construction projects in PuertoRico since 2015. Through the fall of 2022 nFusionPR has completed over$70,000,000 in small and large-scale renovation projects in Puerto Rico.

Jay has more than 30 years of development experience in the real estate industry. He has directed both vertical and horizontal projects, including master planned communities, resorts, high rise projects, and land development. His experience includes land acquisition, entitlement processing, product design, onsite production, sales and marketing, and business planning and projections. His firm currently manages several planned community developments for a mix of owners and investors.

Mike Cousins
Principal

Mike is an accomplished real estate executive with over 35 years of resort development, construction, property management and marketing and sales experience.
Prior to successfully leading Burroughs and Chapin into the Resort Timeshare business, Cousins established Bluegreen Resorts as one of the major resort developers in Myrtle Beach, SC. He is qualified by the legal community as an expert in the resort business.

David has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate with a background in the patent & marketing business. He quickly became Number 1 in sales & marketing for a $100,000,000 a year oceanfront real estate firm in S.C. He has been involved in several major real estate transactions, many major developments and dozens of 1031 exchanges.

Jada Fields
Commercial Sales Advisor

Jada is Commercial Real Estate Advisor. She focuses primarily on land sales and acquisitions for regional and national retail tenants and industrial clients. She is an active member of the National Single Tenant Net Lease Council and National Land Council. She is a member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors and is a registered member of the National Association of Realtors.
